Here’s how it works: we pick a date & time and explore some menu options. You create a “save the date invite” for your guests with our chosen date. I will create your menu proposal for review & approval, and then send you an email package of recipes with photos, class protocol, ingredients & shopping list and equipment needs for the big day. These are sent along with my Zoom link for your final guest invitation. (It is also presented to be forwarded to your guests to keep it simple!)”
